李 荣 现在生物技术与食品科学学院任教 教授 主要研究方向： 化学分析，食品、药物中的微量成分分析 主要业绩： 先后讲授“分析化学”、“无机化学”等课程。
先后发表《 A solid-phase fluorescence quenching method for the determination of trace amount nitrite in foods with neutral red 》、《 Adsorbed resin phase spectrophotometric determination of vanillin or/and its derivatives 》、《 Chemical composition of the essential oil of Cuminum cyminum L.from China 》、《 Essential oil composition of needles of Abies nephrolepis Maxim from China 》等近 50 篇论文，其中 SCI 收录 6 篇， CA 收录 4 篇。 主持并完成《天津市高校科技与发展基金》、《天津市自然科学基金》等省部级重点科研课题 3 项。其中《环糊精聚合物固体相光度法的研究》获天津市自然科学三等奖。
